Roll-formed double tube and channel 19 gauge steel (all perforations in
channel – no perforations in rolled tube); front “K” brace support;
approximately 11” clearance between first cross-brace and floor; seat height
from floor approximately 19”; rear legs have (2) steel embossed cross-braces

an extra protective smooth “U” shaped metal pronged design hairpin for a
secure friction fit. These are removable only with the use of tools.
SEAT CONSTRUCTION
Seat frame folds independently of chair frame and rotates from the open
position to the up position during use; 19 gauge steel frame; forms a special
“G” designed frame for added strength with flat surface on the top and
bottom. The “U” shaped frame has equal rounded corners and inside
dimensions measuring approximately 16.5”w x 13.25”l to properly enclose
and support the upholstered seat cushion assembly on 3 sides. The ends of
the seat frame are designed to accept a back metal piece of the same channel
“G” design as the seat frame to allow removal of the seat for replacement
purposes. The back piece is attached to the seat frame with direct screw
attachment through the seat frame and seat board with no exposed or sharp
edges on top or bottom of seat. The polyurethane foam seat cushion is 1.5”
thick (or 2” if necessary), conforms to California 117, and BIFMA
fire-retardant requirements; the laminate/wood black chalkboard base is
.3125” with enough vent holes to allow for air discharge.
